Alternatively, we can download your files from your own preferred FTP site (e.g. YouSendIt or WeTransfer). We can also work from URLs to web pages or social media sharing sites. We’re also happy to accept files directly including Blu-Ray discs, CDs, USB drives, documents, cassette tapes and virtually any other format you can think of.

Alongside transcribing interviews, conversations, conferences and focus groups, we also provide a dictation service and virtual assistance. London Translation Services

Our London Transcription, Subtitling and Translation Services we also offer translation services for video and audio files. We work with professional, experienced linguists who are able to translate files via predominantly two methods.

Our first option for audio and video translation is to firstly work with foreign transcription. Our linguists will transcribe your foreign videos and audio files and if required, add in time codes for reference. Once a transcript has been created, our linguists will translate the document into your chosen target language.

The second option in terms of video and audio translation is to translate directly from the source file. While this method can be quicker and sometimes cheaper than creating a transcript to work from, it’s considered to be slightly less accurate.

Capital Captions specialise in subtitling and closed captioning services. We provide both English subtitles and subtitle translations in all known caption formats. We optimise our subtitles according to target audience, working with localisation for foreign speakers and accessibility for the deaf and hard of hearing.
